In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and data science solutions that address complex business challenges at scale. You will work in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment where data, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies come together to create impactful solutions. Your focus will include building predictive models, applying NLP techniques, and integrating generative AI into analytical pipelines. You will also play a key role in designing end-to-end data solutions, from feature engineering to production deployment. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will transform large volumes of data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions. Accountabilities

• Develop, train, and validate machine learning models using classification techniques, NLP, and statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
• Build scalable data science solutions using Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, and numpy, ensuring efficiency and reproducibility.
• Apply generative AI and large language models (LLMs), leveraging APIs and prompt engineering techniques within analytical pipelines.
• Design and implement end-to-end data and ML pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of models into production environments.
• Work with cloud platforms (especially AWS services such as S3, SageMaker, and Glue) to optimize data processing and model deployment.
• Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance analysis using appropriate metrics and validation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with strong knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Solid experience with Python and data science libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy).
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques, classification models, feature engineering, and model validation methods.
• Experience working with generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering and API integration.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, especially AWS (S3, SageMaker, Glue).
• Ability to design and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and ability to work in complex business contexts.
• Clear communication skills to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
