This role is focused on building the next generation of intelligent systems powered by agentic AI, where large language models evolve into autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks. You will work at the intersection of data science, generative AI, and software engineering to design scalable agent-based solutions that integrate with real-world systems. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will design, develop, and operationalize advanced agentic AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
- Develop and implement agentic AI systems using multi-agent architectures and advanced large language models
- Design autonomous agents capable of planning tasks, using external tools, integrating APIs, and making contextual decisions
- Build intelligent assistants for automation, decision support, content generation, and conversational interfaces
- Implement advanced GenAI pipelines, including RAG strategies, memory management, and integration with structured/unstructured data sources
- Work with vector databases and knowledge graphs to enhance retrieval and contextual reasoning capabilities
- Apply and integrate modern agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel
- Implement LLMOps/AgentOps practices, including monitoring, evaluation, observability, versioning, and governance of AI systems
- Prototype and deploy Python-based AI applications integrated with cloud and enterprise services
- Research emerging trends in agentic AI, multimodal models, and autonomous systems, contributing to technical innovation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Strong experience with Generative AI and large language models (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or similar)
- Proven experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems in production or near-production environments
- Advanced Python programming skills
- Strong knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and conversational memory management
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
- Experience integrating AI services via APIs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI, Hugging Face)
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and information retrieval systems
- Experience with production-grade LLMOps/AgentOps practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data architectures
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS, OpenSearch)
- Experience with knowledge graphs and graph-based modeling
- Exposure to distributed systems and scalable application architectures
- Experience in innovation squads or emerging tech environments
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish
