This role sits at the center of client success within the mortgage servicing industry, combining relationship management, operational oversight, and analytical reporting. You will act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize service delivery, and maintain high satisfaction levels. You will also contribute to performance analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly influence client outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Manage and maintain end-to-end client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor service performance, review monthly business trends, SLAs, and prepare client-facing performance reports.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues while ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Support onboarding and training of new client-side staff and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Stay informed on industry updates, regulations, and best practices affecting mortgage servicing operations.
  • Analyze client data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
    • 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, mortgage banking, or related financial services environments.
    • 3+ years of customer service or client management experience.
    • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing platforms (LPS/MSP) and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with industry guidelines such as GSE, HUD, VA, and GNMA is an advantage.
    • Experience in mortgage default servicing is considered a plus.
