This is a client-facing role focused on building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring an excellent end-to-end customer experience within a fast-paced, global demand generation environment. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their engagement and growth objectives through structured communication and proactive support. The role blends relationship management, operational coordination, and problem-solving in a highly dynamic setting where priorities can shift quickly. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client needs. Accountabilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • Communicate progress on ongoing initiatives clearly and consistently to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support client growth opportunities by identifying needs and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to drive account success.
  • Handle client requests, questions, and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Support operational and administrative tasks such as data updates, internal system management, and scheduling coordination.
  • Ensure smooth execution of client workflows by proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in client-facing roles such as client success, account management, hospitality, or sales support.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively.
