COE Enablement Analyst
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a COE Enablement Analyst based in Brazil.
This role sits at the core of a global Enablement function, ensuring learning, onboarding, and knowledge programs run smoothly, consistently, and at high quality. You will act as the operational engine behind multiple initiatives, keeping content, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables aligned across fast-moving workstreams. The position blends coordination, content support, and light analytics, offering strong exposure to enablement strategy in a high-growth, data-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with Enablement Leads, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to keep programs on track and continuously improving. The role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple priorities in parallel. You will also contribute to reporting and insights that help shape decisions at a broader organizational level. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position where execution excellence directly enables team success.
Accountabilities:
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of enablement operations across multiple programs, acting as the coordination backbone for initiatives such as learning academies, knowledge hubs, certifications, and reporting activities. It requires strong organizational discipline and cross-functional communication to keep everything moving efficiently.
- Maintain and update project trackers across all enablement initiatives, ensuring accuracy in deadlines, ownership, and progress status.
- Coordinate cross-team logistics including scheduling, communications, meeting notes, and follow-ups on action items.
- Support Enablement Leads with documentation, reporting materials, and leadership updates across programs.
- Assist in organizing, formatting, and maintaining learning content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Track program progress, certification status, and onboarding journeys, ensuring visibility and timely follow-ups.
- Manage content governance tasks such as version control, updates, and quality monitoring across knowledge platforms.
- Compile and summarize program data into dashboards, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
- 2–3 years of experience in enablement, operations, project coordination, or learning/content support roles in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage parallel workflows and deadlines.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation, SOPs, and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to work with data, track metrics, and build structured summaries or reports.
- Comfortable collaborating with SMEs, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- (Nice to have) Experience with LMS platforms such as Docebo, Seismic, or Lessonly.
- (Nice to have) Exposure to digital advertising, retail media, or certification ecosystems (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
