This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting communication initiatives in a dynamic, international environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of internal communications, employee engagement activities, brand initiatives, events, and social media operations. Working closely with communication leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help maintain consistent messaging, coordinate logistical activities, and support content creation across multiple channels. The position combines organizational excellence with creativity, offering exposure to internal communications, employer branding, and digital engagement initiatives. Accountabilities:

  • Support the execution and maintenance of internal communication channels, including intranet platforms, communities, and collaboration tools.
  • Coordinate content collection efforts, gathering employee stories, testimonials, photos, and other materials to support internal and external communication campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events, including agenda coordination, participant engagement, and logistical support.
  • Draft and distribute routine communications, organizational updates, and employee announcements.
  • Help manage communication calendars, ensuring timely publication and effective audience engagement.
  • Coordinate internal branding initiatives, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
  • Support vendor coordination activities, including administrative follow-up and collaboration with procurement teams.
  • Assist in the management of social media operations, including content organization, approval workflows, scheduling, and agency coordination.
  • Monitor and organize social media performance metrics to support regular reporting and campaign evaluation.
  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience in communications, marketing, events, administration, or related support roles.
    • Fluency in Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken, to support collaboration in an international environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Experience working with digital collaboration and productivity tools, including Google Workspace or similar platforms.
    • Familiarity with Canva and basic content creation tools.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
    • Proactive mindset with a willingness to support both operational and communication-related activities.
