This role is focused on driving consultative sales within the education sector, engaging and qualifying inbound leads across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and messaging platforms. The professional will be responsible for understanding customer needs deeply and matching them with the most suitable training and educational solutions. Working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment, this position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and commercial acumen. You will play a key role in converting prospects into clients while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey. Accountabilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound leads across phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels, ensuring fast and effective engagement throughout the sales funnel.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate educational products and courses from the portfolio.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, logging all interactions, follow-ups, and customer insights to support pipeline management and reporting.
- Execute structured follow-ups to nurture leads, increase conversion rates, and ensure consistent relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal processes and comply with ethical, legal, and data protection standards, ensuring responsible handling of customer information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights to enhance products and sales strategies.
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Marketing, Law, or related fields.
- Prior experience in sales, inside sales, or lead qualification, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines.
- Experience selling educational products or courses is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with clarity, persuasion, and professionalism in written and verbal interactions.
- Organized, resilient, proactive, and results-oriented profile with ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Nice to have: certifications in inside sales or digital sales platforms such as HubSpot, RD University, or similar.
- Differential: experience in medical or higher education sales environments.
