Consultor(a) SAP CALM SR
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor(a) SAP CALM SR based in Brazil.
This is a senior consulting opportunity focused on Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), release governance, testing, and operational excellence across complex SAP environments.
You will help manage and evolve ALM processes across SAP and non-SAP platforms, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
The role combines governance, architecture, release management, quality assurance, and technical coordination.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure stability, traceability, and successful delivery.
The position offers exposure to global programs and requires strong communication in an international environment.
It is fully remote from Brazil, with two business trips to the United States expected during the engagement.
The initial contract is planned for 6 to 8 months, with the possibility of renewal.
Accountabilities:
- Manage Application Lifecycle Management processes, release management, and operational standards across SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Drive testing governance, quality assurance practices, and test automation initiatives.
- Apply enterprise architecture standards, integration governance principles, and established technology best practices.
- Lead release governance forums, technical workshops, and hypercare coordination activities.
- Ensure documentation, traceability, compliance, and audit readiness across ALM platforms.
- Identify and manage operational risks, technical debt, system dependencies, and stability challenges.
- Coordinate stakeholders and multiple vendors throughout transformation and implementation activities.
- Balance governance requirements, operational stability, and delivery execution across complex technology environments.
- Solid professional experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud ALM, including integration with non-SAP platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs and global implementations.
- Strong understanding of release management, test governance, transport/change management, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate complex environments involving multiple vendors and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of governance, operational stability, quality, and delivery management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.
- Fluent English is required.
- Valid visa permitting travel to the United States is required.
- Availability for two trips to the U.S., approximately 2–3 weeks each.
- Fully remote position based in Brazil.
