You will join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative focused on manufacturing processes and data migration in a global, multi-plant environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring data quality, consistency, and operational readiness across complex manufacturing operations. The position combines deep SAP PP expertise with hands-on involvement in migration activities, business process alignment, and data governance initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to support critical migration milestones and system adoption. The environment is highly collaborative, process-oriented, and focused on delivering reliable and scalable SAP solutions. Accountabilities:

• Support manufacturing-related SAP S/4HANA data migration activities, ensuring data quality, consistency, and readiness.
• Execute data cleansing activities and validate manufacturing master data across multiple systems and business areas.
• Collect, organize, and maintain manual and construction-related data objects required for migration processes.
• Prepare value mappings, master lists, and migration documentation to support project governance and sign-off activities.
• Approve and validate data load files before and after processing to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Execute manual data loads and support dual maintenance activities during migration phases.
• Run and approve verification scripts to validate migrated data and identify inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve data quality issues and ensure process alignment.
• Support business stakeholders throughout migration, testing, validation, and adoption activities.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP PP and manufacturing business processes in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing master data and its integration with broader SAP functions and processes.
• Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation and data migration projects.
• Knowledge of dependencies between manufacturing data objects and related business impacts.
• Experience supporting business users during migration, validation, and data governance activities.
• Ability to prepare migration documentation, mapping files, and sign-off materials.
• Experience working in global and multi-plant SAP migration projects.
• SAP S/4HANA certification in PP, Manufacturing, or related areas is highly desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication in international project environments.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to challenge low-quality data and promote ownership and accountability among business teams.
