This role focuses on driving the performance and operational excellence of a portfolio of convenience retail stores within a franchise-based ecosystem. You will act as a key business consultant for franchisees, supporting them in improving sales, profitability, and execution standards across their units. The position combines data-driven analysis, commercial relationship management, and field-based consulting activities. You will work closely with store owners to translate corporate strategy into actionable improvements at the store level. The environment is dynamic, highly performance-oriented, and centered on continuous improvement. Frequent travel and close proximity to operational realities are part of the daily routine. It is an opportunity to directly influence retail performance and customer experience across multiple locations.

Accountabilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with franchisees, acting as a business consultant to improve store performance through data-driven recommendations and operational guidance.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and financial indicators, translating performance data into clear action plans to increase sales, margins, and overall store efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with operational and brand standards, conducting regular store visits, applying structured checklists, and supporting execution improvements.
• Support contract management and commercial negotiations, contributing to the onboarding of new franchisees and the strengthening of existing partnerships.
• Promote and reinforce the value proposition of the convenience and café formats, ensuring consistent brand execution across all locations.
• Plan and execute structured store visit routines, ensuring full coverage of assigned portfolio and continuous follow-up on improvement plans.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in retail, franchising, or consultative commercial roles, with strong analytical and relationship-building skills. You are comfortable working with performance indicators, financial basics, and operational standards, and can turn data into practical business decisions. Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a hands-on, field-oriented environment are essential.

• Experience in retail, franchising, or consultative B2B/B2C commercial roles, preferably in high-volume consumer or food service environments.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and functions such as PROCV/PROCX, SOMASE, and SE.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts such as DRE, margin, markup, and royalty structures.
• Ability to manage time, plan routes, and organize field routines efficiently.
• Strong commercial communication skills with ability to influence and build trust with franchise partners.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong sense of ownership and urgency in execution.
• Availability for frequent travel within assigned regions.
