This role focuses on leading the definition and implementation of a Microsoft Power Platform and Low Code Center of Excellence (CoE) within a large-scale organization.
The professional will drive governance strategy, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient adoption of Power Platform solutions.
The position combines architecture, technical expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder management to evolve automation, BI, and data ecosystems.
You will establish standards, processes, and best practices that enable both professional developers and citizen developers to create impactful solutions.
The role offers the opportunity to influence digital transformation initiatives and shape the future of low-code capabilities across the organization.
Working in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment, you will act as a key reference for platform maturity, governance, and continuous improvement.


Accountabilities:

The Senior Power Platform Consultant will be responsible for defining governance frameworks, guiding platform evolution, and ensuring successful delivery of low-code solutions. The main responsibilities include:

  • Assessing the current landscape and defining the governance model and implementation roadmap for the Power Platform and Low Code Center of Excellence.
  • Establishing security policies, data loss prevention (DLP) rules, access controls, licensing strategies, connectors governance, and platform usage guidelines.
  • Designing environment strategies, approval workflows, roles and responsibilities, governance structures, and segregation of duties.
  • Implementing solution lifecycle processes, including development, testing, validation, version control, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
  • Defining technical standards, documentation practices, performance indicators, risk management approaches, and best practices for professional and citizen developers.
  • Leading governance forums, training sessions, and alignment initiatives between Technology, Security, Compliance, and business teams.
  • Managing Power Platform and BI projects from requirements gathering through implementation and monitoring of business outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with governance expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence different stakeholders. Required qualifications and skills include:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education background; all areas of study are welcome.
    • Experience implementing or evolving Centers of Excellence, Low Code governance models, automation initiatives, or data platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related technologies.
    • Experience with Power Platform Admin Center, Managed Environments, and CoE Starter Kit.
    • Knowledge of environments, DLP policies, connectors, gateways, security models, and access management.
    • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Solutions, pipelines, versioning, and CI/CD processes.
    • Background in solution architecture, integrations, APIs, data modeling, and business intelligence.
    • Ability to create governance policies, operational processes, technical standards, metrics, and responsibility frameworks.
    • Strong communication skills with technical teams, executives, and business stakeholders.
    • Ability to influence, negotiate, manage stakeholders, and lead multidisciplinary initiatives.
    • Organizational skills, autonomy, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Collaborative and proactive profile with a strong commitment to knowledge sharing.
    • Desirable: Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or architecture.
    • Desirable: Experience with Power Platform adoption in large organizations.
    • Desirable: Knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Microsoft Fabric, Purview, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, GitHub, COBIT, ITIL, or DAMA frameworks.
    • Desirable: Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
