Consultor SAP BW Sênior

In this role, you will act as a key specialist in SAP BW solutions, supporting large-scale enterprise environments through advanced data modeling, analytics, and integration initiatives. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and data governance best practices. Working closely with client teams and project stakeholders, you will participate in assessments, deliver real-time adjustments, and support the evolution of analytics environments. This position requires a strong consultative mindset, as you will also advise on improvements and optimization opportunities. You will contribute directly to high-impact transformation projects within diverse industries. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable business value through data-driven insights.

Accountabilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design, model, and develop solutions within SAP BW (7.x or BW/4HANA) environments.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and quality of delivered analytics solutions through continuous optimization and tuning.
• Work closely with project teams and clients to implement adjustments, support assessments, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain data models, queries, and integration processes across ECC, S/4HANA, and external data sources.
• Apply best practices in data governance and contribute to improving overall analytics architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and suggest enhancements to improve system efficiency and business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Solid experience working with SAP BW (7.x and/or BW/4HANA), including data modeling and solution development.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP development, data integration, and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience integrating SAP systems (ECC/S/4HANA) and external data sources.
• Ability to design and build queries and support complex analytics requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure, client-facing environments.
• Consultative mindset with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in data governance and analytics best practices is a plus.
