Accountabilities:

The SAP FI Senior Consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP financial processes within a complex enterprise environment. The role requires strong ownership of operational stability, problem-solving capabilities, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

• Provide functional support and ongoing maintenance for SAP FI, ensuring system reliability and business continuity.
• Analyze and resolve medium and high-complexity incidents within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Handle corrective, evolutionary, and continuous improvement requests related to SAP FI processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
• Work directly with key users and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Participate in impact assessments, integrated testing, and implementation of system improvements.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants from other modules and technical teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Support functional documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Assist with critical business operations, including financial closing activities and high-priority support scenarios.
• Contribute to SAP environment improvements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives when required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced SAP FI professional with strong functional knowledge, consulting skills, and experience supporting complex enterprise environments. The role requires technical expertise, business understanding, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

• Extensive experience as an SAP FI Consultant with strong knowledge of financial processes.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale corporate environments with complex operations.
• Solid understanding of SAP FI processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, financial closing, and integrations.
• Experience working in AMS/Application Management Services environments with strict SLAs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, evaluate impacts, and define effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience with SAP integrations and cross-module processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP SD/CO, ABAP functional analysis (debugging, specifications, and technical understanding), and SAP Support Packages is a plus.
• SAP certifications are considered an advantage.
