Consultor SAP Fieldglass

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP Fieldglass based in Brazil.

This role is focused on delivering functional expertise and support within SAP Fieldglass environments, ensuring the effective management of external workforce and services procurement processes. You will act as a key consultant supporting end-to-end SOW lifecycle activities, vendor management, and system integrations in complex enterprise landscapes. The position involves working in a fully remote setup within a global environment, with occasional participation in APAC and EMEA shifts. You will support business users through troubleshooting, minor enhancements, testing, and functional guidance while ensuring system stability and process efficiency. This is a highly operational and consultative role where your expertise directly impacts workforce management, procurement efficiency, and compliance. You will collaborate with international teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across SAP Fieldglass processes.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP Fieldglass processes, ensuring smooth execution of vendor and workforce management activities across global operations.

• Provide functional support including break/fix resolution, user guidance, monitoring, and minor enhancements in SAP Fieldglass
• Manage and support end-to-end SOW lifecycle activities, including creation, registration, modification, and cancellation
• Oversee vendor management and selection processes within Fieldglass environments
• Support deliverables, time tracking, and cost management processes across external workforce operations
• Ensure proper configuration and support of worker profiles, organizational structures, and hiring management processes
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA integrations, including procurement and invoicing flows
• Participate in testing activities and support UAT processes when required

Requirements

This role requires strong hands-on SAP Fieldglass expertise combined with solid experience in external workforce management processes and enterprise system integrations.

• 5–8 years of experience working with SAP Fieldglass and related workforce management processes
• Strong knowledge of SOW creation, management, and lifecycle execution
• Experience with vendor management, procurement, and external workforce governance
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration (invoicing, procurement, and related processes)
• Understanding of worker profiles, organizational structures, and hiring workflows
• Experience supporting system testing and documentation (HPALM and UAT is a plus)
• Advanced English level required, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (APAC and EMEA coverage occasionally) and fully remote setup
