Consultor SAP TM Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP TM Sênior based in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program across Latin America, playing a key part in the implementation of transportation and logistics solutions. You will act as a functional expert, bridging business needs and system capabilities to ensure efficient and scalable supply chain processes. The position involves working in a complex, multicultural environment with teams distributed across multiple countries. You will participate in all phases of the project, from requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, and deployment. This is a highly collaborative role, requiring close interaction with business stakeholders and technical teams. It offers strong exposure to international operations and advanced SAP environments, especially in logistics transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

Acting as a functional SAP TM expert, you will contribute to the successful delivery of a regional S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring logistics processes are effectively designed and implemented. You will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

• Lead and support workshops for requirements gathering and business process mapping
• Design, configure, and validate solutions within SAP Transportation Management aligned with best practices
• Participate in all project phases, including testing, cutover, and go-live support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Latin America, Brazil, Argentina, and India
• Ensure alignment between business logistics needs and the global SAP template within SAP S/4HANA
• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement throughout project execution

Requirements

We are looking for a professional with strong experience in SAP logistics projects, particularly in global or multinational environments. You should bring a solid functional background in transportation management and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ideally in international contexts
• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management
• Experience conducting workshops, requirements analysis, and process mapping
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies such as Activate or ASAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management ability
