This role is focused on supporting and evolving SAP Transportation Management solutions in a business-critical environment.
The professional will work closely with logistics teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
You will contribute to continuous improvements, functional enhancements, and the stability of transportation processes.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for ensuring the functional support, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP TM solutions. The professional will analyze business needs, implement enhancements, support users, and collaborate with multiple teams to maintain high-quality logistics processes.

• Provide functional support and ongoing maintenance for the SAP Transportation Management (TM) module.
• Gather and analyze requirements together with business teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and propose effective solutions.
• Perform SAP TM configuration and parameterization activities when required.
• Support functional testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, issues, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure successful deliveries.
• Monitor solution quality and contribute to system stability and continuous evolution.

Requirements:

We are looking for a senior SAP professional with strong experience in SAP TM, logistics processes, and functional consulting. The ideal candidate has experience in support environments, communicates effectively with business users, and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Solid experience as a Senior SAP TM Consultant.
• Previous experience with AMS/support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, providing functional support, and performing SAP configuration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on troubleshooting and delivering practical solutions.
• Proactive profile with ownership and commitment to quality.
