This role is part of a high-impact technology consulting environment focused on delivering end-to-end SAP Transportation Management solutions across complex enterprise landscapes. You will contribute to both implementation and support (AMS) projects, ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of SAP TM processes. Acting as a key interface between business users and technical teams, you will help translate operational needs into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring service quality and SLA adherence. The position requires strong analytical skills and a structured approach to incident resolution, testing, and process optimization. You will also play an active role in identifying risks, diagnosing system issues, and proposing improvements that enhance logistics and transportation operations. It is a dynamic role within large-scale transformation programs where collaboration, precision, and accountability are essential.

Accountabilities:

• Participate in SAP TM implementation and AMS/support projects, ensuring stable and efficient system operations
• Interact with business users and functional analysts to understand requirements, incidents, and service requests
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of service requests with technical and development teams, acting as process owner
• Monitor incidents and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and continuous communication with end users
• Perform functional analysis, diagnostics, and testing (unit and integration) to validate system behavior and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to SLAs while supporting incident resolution and system stability
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to mitigate risks and optimize workflows
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business needs and SAP TM solutions

Requirements:

• Solid experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) in implementation and/or AMS/support environments
• Proven experience in SAP project delivery, including incident management and service coordination
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve system issues through structured testing and investigation
• Strong communication skills to interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Experience working in SLA-driven environments with multiple concurrent requests
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage priorities in dynamic, fast-paced consulting or enterprise environments
• Knowledge of SAP integration and logistics processes is highly desirable
