Accountabilities:

• Create strategic content focused on attraction, lead nurturing, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Translate technical and B2B-related topics into clear, engaging, and results-oriented content.
• Optimize content performance through SEO best practices and conversion-focused strategies.
• Support demand generation campaigns with high-quality content aligned to marketing objectives.
• Manage, publish, and update content within CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Collaborate closely with growth and marketing teams to align content initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor content performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Ensure content consistency, quality, and timely delivery across multiple channels and campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of strategic storytelling approaches that enhance audience engagement.
• Stay updated on digital content trends, SEO practices, and emerging technologies related to content production.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in content production and content marketing.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and performance-driven content strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress and tools like Search Console and SEMRush.
• Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts, especially in technology and B2B contexts.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in B2B and technology-related industries is considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with storytelling techniques and audience engagement strategies is a plus.
• Interest or experience in AI-powered content creation and optimization tools is desirable.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered an advantage.
