Accountabilities:
- Own and scale end-to-end content systems across web and mobile platforms, including workflows, templates, automation pipelines, and quality standards.
- Prototype and test new content formats, features, and operational processes using tools such as Figma, Miro, no-code platforms, or AI-based solutions.
- Design scalable workflows that combine AI, automation, and human collaboration to improve content production efficiency and quality.
- Develop execution plans with clear deliverables, operational constraints, measurable goals, and optimization strategies.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to content performance, operational efficiency, user experience, and conversion impact.
- Prioritize initiatives strategically using structured frameworks and opportunity analysis to maximize business value.
- Coordinate content planning and calendars while integrating insights from product, SEO, outreach, and data teams.
- Apply UX and content clarity principles to ensure digital experiences are intuitive, useful, and conversion-oriented.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities within Brazilβs fast-evolving digital landscape.
- Support outreach and digital PR initiatives by contributing localized insights, strategic content angles, and creative campaign ideas.
- Continuously optimize workflows, experiment with new approaches, and recommend improvements backed by data and performance analysis.
- Proven experience managing content operations, automation systems, workflows, or scalable digital content initiatives.
- Ability to independently create low- or mid-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Miro, no-code platforms, or AI-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of how to leverage AI for research, structuring, quality assurance, scaling, and operational efficiency β beyond content writing alone.
- Excellent organizational and execution skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable implementation plans.
- Experience adapting workflows and strategies to complex operational constraints and dynamic digital environments.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities using structured frameworks and data-driven reasoning.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain trade-offs, processes, and strategic decisions effectively.
- High level of ownership, accountability, curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote-first environment with cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in digital publishing, SEO-driven environments, iGaming, fintech, or highly competitive online markets is considered a plus.
