Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Manager will support multiple digital product initiatives, helping clients define priorities, align stakeholders, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, market opportunities, and product challenges.
• Shape product direction and strategy in situations where requirements, priorities, and product vision are still evolving.
• Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, feature definitions, business rules, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and delivery teams to define solutions that are valuable, feasible, and aligned with user expectations.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support product discovery activities, roadmap planning, prioritization discussions, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Participate in product ceremonies and ensure continuous progress toward product goals.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, technical constraints, and delivery realities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Adapt quickly across different projects, industries, and client environments depending on business needs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve product workflows, research, documentation, organization, and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior product professional with strong experience managing digital products and the ability to operate effectively in consulting-style and international environments.

• Proven experience managing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong product management background, including discovery, prioritization, roadmap definition, backlog management, and delivery collaboration.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of balancing user needs, business objectives, technical limitations, and delivery requirements.
• Experience working closely with product, engineering, design, and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence working directly with international clients.
• Advanced English proficiency for meetings, written communication, documentation, and daily collaboration.
• Ability to adapt quickly between strategic product discussions and hands-on execution activities.
• Experience in consulting, software services, enterprise products, or working with international clients is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to accelerate product management activities and improve productivity.
• Must have a valid business registration in the country of residence and the ability to issue invoices for contractor payments.
• Must have a bank account capable of receiving payments in USD.
