This role is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling a national ecosystem of partnerships and communications within a high-impact employability program. You will operate at the intersection of education, social impact, and workforce development, connecting companies, governments, NGOs, and multilateral organizations to generate real employment opportunities. The position plays a key role in positioning the initiative as a reference in inclusive employability across Brazil. You will shape narratives, design partnership strategies, and influence multi-sector stakeholders in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and scalability. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strategic vision, execution capability, and strong stakeholder leadership. The impact of your work will directly contribute to expanding access to dignified and sustainable employment.


Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of partnerships and communication strategies to strengthen employability impact across Brazil. You will:

  • Design and execute the national strategy for partnerships and communications, aligned with regional objectives and impact goals.
  • Map, segment, and prioritize strategic stakeholders, building and managing a high-value pipeline of partnerships across sectors.
  • Negotiate, structure, and formalize collaboration agreements, ensuring clear value propositions and measurable employability outcomes.
  • Build and expand a national ecosystem of employers, driving engagement and long-term participation in program solutions.
  • Lead communication and positioning strategy, ensuring narrative consistency, cultural relevance, and strong public presence.
  • Develop advocacy and communication initiatives to promote inclusion, diversity, and employability awareness.
  • Represent the program in media engagements and interviews, strengthening visibility and institutional credibility.
  • Produce strategic content and impact reports, translating data into compelling narratives for partners and stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to partnerships and communications, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Share learnings and best practices to support regional scalability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge exchange.
  • Requirements

    The ideal profile brings strong experience in strategic partnerships, institutional relations, and impact-driven communication. You should have a solid academic background in fields such as Communication, International Relations, Business Administration, or related areas. Key qualifications include:

    • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, institutional relations, or advocacy roles.
    • Proven track record managing high-level stakeholders across corporate, public, NGO, or multilateral sectors.
    • Experience designing or supporting institutional communication strategies or impact campaigns.
    • Background in building and managing multi-stakeholder ecosystems or strategic networks.
    • Experience in social impact, employability, inclusion, or economic development contexts is highly desirable.
    • Strong ability to work with KPIs, reporting, and performance-driven environments.
    • Fluent Spanish and strong communication skills in Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
    • Advanced skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic communication.
    • Strong storytelling ability and experience translating data into impactful narratives.
    • Strategic and systems thinking, with a strong orientation toward measurable social impact.
    • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
