Accountabilities
- Coordinate technology teams and resources, ensuring the delivery of prioritized objectives and key results while maintaining product quality and reliability.
- Define technology strategies, support solution design, remove technical impediments, and collaborate with product teams to achieve business goals.
- Lead people management activities, including one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, feedback cycles, individual development plans, career growth support, hiring, onboarding, restructuring, and conflict resolution.
- Manage delivery processes by monitoring project progress, team health, ecosystem performance, productivity metrics, cycle time, and operational improvements.
- Support team development through training initiatives, knowledge sharing, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders by providing visibility into progress, technical feasibility, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Manage cross-team collaboration, negotiate dependencies, and prioritize internal technical requests.
- Ensure compliance, governance, security practices, administrative processes, and team operations are properly maintained.
- Contribute to creating a culture of autonomy, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within technology teams.
- Experience managing technology teams and coordinating software delivery initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Experience managing OKRs, defining objectives, and tracking results.
- Experience with technology project management, vendors, contracts, and operational processes.
- Ability to define and monitor performance indicators, KPIs, SLAs, and technology roadmaps.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical priorities, business needs, and team development goals.
- Knowledge of software development and architecture concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages and technical concepts is desirable.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD concepts, API integrations, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or BigQuery is considered a plus.
