This role offers the opportunity to lead technical and operational initiatives across physiotherapy, ergonomics, occupational health, and musculoskeletal care.
You will act as a key technical reference, connecting clinical expertise with client needs, business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
The position combines project coordination, team development, data analysis, and consultative client engagement.
You will support the implementation and evolution of health programs while identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and client experience.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help develop innovative solutions and strengthen occupational health services.

Accountabilities
- Coordinate technical projects and services related to musculoskeletal health, physiotherapy, ergonomics, and occupational health.
- Act as a technical reference in physiotherapy, ergonomics, occupational health, and musculoskeletal prevention and rehabilitation.
- Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of projects delivered to corporate clients.
- Develop, monitor, and manage clinical, operational, and customer-experience indicators.
- Analyze performance results, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans to enhance quality and outcomes.
- Lead and support ergonomic assessments, including Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho (AET), as well as prevention and musculoskeletal rehabilitation initiatives.
- Develop, guide, and monitor professionals working across assigned projects, supporting their technical and professional growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presenting results, analyses, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify operational risks, improvement opportunities, and potential areas for expanding services.
- Support commercial teams in developing proposals, technical diagnostics, and client-specific solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions, services, and differentiators within the musculoskeletal health business area.
- Collaborate with other business units to deliver integrated and consistent health solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Active professional registration with CREFITO.
- Professional experience in ergonomics, occupational physiotherapy, occupational health, corporate health, or related fields.
- Experience working directly with corporate clients and understanding their health and operational needs.
- Previous experience coordinating or leading teams, projects, programs, or services.
- Experience with musculoskeletal prevention and rehabilitation programs.
- Practical experience conducting Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho (AET).
- Knowledge of NR-17, as well as NR-01 and occupational risk management.
- Ability to monitor and interpret health and operational indicators, including absenteeism, medical leave, and/or claims-related metrics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with a consultative approach to client interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-development capabilities.
- Proactive, autonomous, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Availability to visit clients and travel when required.
- Postgraduate qualification in Ergonomics, Occupational Physiotherapy, Occupational Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial, logistics, or large-scale operational environments.
- Experience managing employees on leave and supporting return-to-work programs.
- Previous experience in corporate healthcare or consulting environments.
- Experience developing customized health solutions for corporate clients.
- PJ contractor agreement.

- 30 hours per week, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
