This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coordenador Regional de Operações based in Brazil.

This role is responsible for supporting sales, after-sales, and advertising performance across an assigned regional network.
You’ll coordinate and support a dynamic field team while helping dealerships achieve commercial and operational goals.
The position combines relationship management, business development, financial analysis, marketing initiatives, incentives, and performance improvement.
You’ll work closely with regional partners to develop and implement business plans that strengthen customer growth and market performance.
Regular field visits will allow you to understand local opportunities, address operational challenges, and support teams directly.
The role also involves monitoring customer experience, market dynamics, financial indicators, and commercial results to guide decisions.

Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and support regional sales and after-sales operations, helping ensure commercial targets, operational standards, and performance objectives are achieved.
  • Support the Operations Manager in coordinating the field team, encouraging collaboration, effective execution, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and implement action plans to strengthen regional results.
  • Contribute to commercial strategy, sales initiatives, incentive programs, and competitive monitoring across the assigned territory.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and operational support to dealerships and regional teams through field visits, performance reviews, and direct relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with the dealership network, working collaboratively on business plans and initiatives designed to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor NPS results and customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and overall service performance.
  • Analyze the economic and financial performance of the dealership network and recommend business development strategies based on regional opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, new programs, processes, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure appropriate reporting, compliance, training, and communication of new processes and programs across the region.
  • Support regional operational demands and serve as a point of coordination between field teams, dealerships, and internal stakeholders.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or other completed higher education qualification.
    • Previous experience in commercial functions such as sales, after-sales, or marketing, preferably involving direct or indirect support of automotive dealerships.
    • Strong commercial relationship-management skills and a solid understanding of the automotive market.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and translate market or operational data into practical actions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as the role requires regular visits to dealerships.
    • Availability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
    • Availability to reside in Campinas, São Paulo.
    • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with field teams and external business partners.
    • Negotiation and decision-making capabilities, combined with a customer-focused and commercially oriented approach.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities that can contribute to regional growth and improved performance.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment while maintaining ownership of priorities, relationships, and results.
