This is an opportunity for an experienced copywriter to take a leading role in high-impact digital sales campaigns and growth initiatives.
You will create persuasive copy across the full customer journey, supporting both major launches and evergreen campaigns.
The role goes beyond writing, giving you the opportunity to shape Big Ideas, Unique Mechanisms, product concepts, offers, and strategic narratives.
You will work closely with marketing leadership to develop new approaches for acquiring leads and converting customers.
The position combines creativity, strategic thinking, audience research, storytelling, data analysis, and performance-oriented communication.

Accountabilities

• Develop copy for the full range of assets involved in online sales campaigns, covering both major launches and evergreen campaigns.
• Create compelling sales narratives, messaging, offers, and communication strategies designed to attract, engage, and convert audiences.
• Ideate and develop new Big Ideas and Unique Mechanisms that differentiate campaigns and strengthen their commercial positioning.
• Contribute to the conception and development of digital products, including communication, promises, positioning, and offers.
• Support the Marketing Manager in structuring new strategies for lead and customer acquisition.
• Develop persuasive scripts and advertising concepts for a variety of digital platforms and media channels.
• Conduct market and audience research to identify customer needs, motivations, trends, and communication opportunities.
• Apply strategic storytelling techniques to create narratives that resonate with audiences and drive action.
• Use performance data, feedback, and audience insights to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience as a copywriter, particularly with large-scale digital launches and evergreen sales campaigns.
• Advanced copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital communication.
• Advanced strategic storytelling skills and demonstrated ability to develop narratives that engage and convert audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing channels.
• Experience with the conception of digital products, particularly communication, positioning, promises, and offers.
• Creativity and demonstrated experience writing high-performing advertising scripts for different platforms.
• Strong market and audience research capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into effective communication.
• Ability to analyze data and feedback and use findings to improve copy and campaign performance.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies relevant to copywriting and marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured, analytical mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
