We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create meaningful digital experiences and intuitive interfaces for impactful projects.
In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform business needs into user-centered solutions.
You will be responsible for designing experiences from discovery to delivery, balancing usability, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.

Accountabilities:

The role focuses on creating and improving digital experiences by combining user research, interface design, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. The ideal professional will contribute to solutions that are visually consistent, accessible, and aligned with user and business goals.

• Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and development teams in agile environments to design solutions that address real user needs.
• Create end-to-end design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of Design Systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
• Support UX research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, effective, and accessible user interfaces.
• Work closely with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design quality and alignment with the final product.
• Participate in discussions, reviews, and collaborative sessions to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has solid experience in UX/UI design, strong visual skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. This professional should combine creativity, analytical thinking, and user-centered methodologies to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

• Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design processes, problem-solving approach, and interface design capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility guidelines.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Degree completed or in progress in Design, Graphic Design, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly, present design decisions, and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in learning and keeping up with UX/UI trends.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating closely with front-end development teams.
• Experience with Design Ops and scalable design processes.
• Previous experience designing e-commerce platforms or mobile applications.
• UX Research certifications or specialized courses.
• Strong argumentation skills and the ability to advocate for user-focused solutions.
