Creative & Communication Strategist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative & Communication Strategist based in Brazil.

This role is designed for a creative professional who combines strategic thinking, advertising expertise, and analytical skills to build impactful communication campaigns.
You will act as the connection point between creative concepts, performance insights, media strategies, and client objectives.
The position requires the ability to transform business needs into clear briefs, compelling messages, and effective campaign ideas.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve creative standards and drive measurable results across multiple digital channels.
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote environment with diverse brands and teams across Latin America.

Accountabilities

• Translate client needs and media team insights into clear creative briefs, defining messaging strategy, communication priorities, and campaign concepts.
• Develop campaign ideas, communication angles, and creative adaptations across different channels, formats, and audiences, including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Write and review advertising copy, scripts, and creative assets while ensuring strong brand voice, message clarity, and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify successful creative approaches, detect trends, and recommend communication improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate directly with clients to discuss messaging strategies, creative feedback, and campaign adjustments while maintaining strong strategic judgment.
• Work closely with Performance Leaders, Paid Media Specialists, and designers to raise creative quality and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows, generate stronger ideas, and improve strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an advertising agency, marketing environment, or similar ecosystem, with an understanding of managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and conceptualization skills, with the ability to create compelling campaign ideas and defend creative decisions.
• Proven ability to develop advertising strategies that combine creativity, audience understanding, and business objectives.
• Solid knowledge of digital media platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok from a creative and communication perspective.
• Comfortable working with performance data, spreadsheets, KPIs, and campaign metrics to transform insights into communication strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, and marketing specialists.
• A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to combine creative sensitivity, analytical thinking, and strategic problem-solving.
