This role is focused on transforming Customer Success into a strategic growth engine, directly connected to revenue, retention, and client expansion. You will manage a portfolio of active clients, acting as a trusted advisor who ensures they extract maximum value from marketing campaigns and performance initiatives. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, combining data interpretation, relationship management, and commercial awareness to drive measurable outcomes. You will work closely with internal teams such as media buying, creative, and technology to ensure consistent delivery and continuous optimization. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly performance-oriented, where decisions are based on metrics rather than assumptions. You will also play a key role in reducing churn, identifying growth opportunities, and improving customer experience. This is a high-impact role for professionals who want to connect strategy, data, and client success into real business results.


Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze paid media campaigns, especially Meta Ads, identifying performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, churn, and CPL.
  • Lead strategic client meetings and performance presentations, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Act proactively to reduce churn by identifying risks early and proposing corrective strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, and technology) to ensure campaign alignment and delivery quality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Success processes and best practices.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
    • Strong background in digital marketing or performance agencies.
    • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and performance marketing metrics.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
    • Excellent communication skills with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with autonomy and organization.
    • Strong business mindset focused on growth, retention, and customer value creation.
