CVLB | DESIGNER UI/UX

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CVLB | Designer UI/UX in Brazil.

This role is focused on shaping and evolving the digital experience of large-scale retail channels through strong UX/UI practices and a solid design system foundation. You will play a key role in defining scalable interface standards that ensure consistency, usability, and visual excellence across digital products. Working closely with product and technology teams, you will transform user behavior insights and performance data into meaningful design improvements. The position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, balancing design system governance with day-to-day interface optimization. You will actively contribute to improving navigation, usability, and conversion across digital journeys. This is a highly collaborative environment where design, data, and innovation come together to enhance customer experience at scale.

Accountabilities:

• Define, structure, and evolve the Design System across digital channels, ensuring consistency, scalability, and design efficiency.
• Establish and maintain UI standards including components, typography, grids, spacing, imagery, and navigation patterns.
• Improve digital product experiences by identifying usability, navigation, and conversion optimization opportunities.
• Analyze user behavior using journey data, heatmaps, usability tests, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to design and improve user flows and digital solutions.
• Use AI tools and modern design technologies to enhance productivity, prototyping, and design execution.
• Conduct critical UX/UI reviews, ensuring continuous improvement of interface quality and user experience.
• Support occasional visual communication and interface design needs across digital channels.

Requirements:

• Degree in Design, UX/UI, Digital Design, Advertising, Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design for e-commerce, digital products, or retail environments.
• Strong experience building, maintaining, and documenting Design Systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other prototyping and interface design tools.
• Experience analyzing user behavior and digital performance using tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills to translate user data and business metrics into design improvements.
• Hands-on profile with autonomy to manage end-to-end UX/UI initiatives.
• Strong visual design sensibility with attention to detail, usability, and consistency.
• Interest in digital product trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
