Data Analyst

Working closely with marketing analysts, engineers, and leadership teams, you will help build scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting systems that empower stakeholders to make faster and smarter decisions. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable analytics solutions and delivering insights that improve marketing efficiency and business growth.

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Looker
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Build and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt in partnership with analytics engineers
• Perform deep-dive analyses on campaigns, landing pages, A/B tests, audience segments, and paid channels
• Support marketing leadership with insights that guide strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
• Optimize data pipelines and marketing data connections to ensure accurate and accessible reporting
• Develop and improve attribution models to better understand marketing performance and ROI
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strong analytical professional with hands-on experience in data analytics, marketing data, and stakeholder collaboration.

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Hands-on experience with Looker or similar BI tools
• Experience working with marketing analytics, growth analytics, or product analytics
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and tools such as Snowflake and dbt
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
