Data & BI Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data & BI Analyst based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to shape business intelligence capabilities in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.
You will take ownership of critical dashboards, analytics platforms, and data models that support informed business decisions.
The position combines BI infrastructure management, dashboard development, data modeling, and KPI standardization.
You will help create consistent, actionable insights for service delivery teams and support the analytical needs of newly integrated business partners.
Your work will contribute to improving visibility into operational and financial performance across the organization.
You will also maintain and enhance existing reporting logic while identifying opportunities to make analytics more effective and scalable.

Accountabilities

• Maintain and administer Power BI, BrightGauge, and other business intelligence and analytics platforms, ensuring reliability, accuracy, performance, and availability.
• Build, develop, and standardize real-time KPI dashboards that enable service delivery teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Take ownership of dashboard data, ensuring reporting outputs remain accurate, consistent, relevant, and aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing data models and reporting logic developed through previous BI initiatives, including financial reporting, success metrics, and weekly performance dashboards.
• Review and improve dashboard structures and analytical processes to promote consistency across business units.
• Anticipate the analytical requirements of newly integrated business partners and ensure they have access to appropriate dashboards, data, and insights.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into useful analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve BI processes, reporting efficiency, data quality, and overall analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Professional experience working with business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools; Power BI and BrightGauge experience are strong advantages.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, dashboard development, visualization principles, and KPI standardization.
• Ability to maintain and improve existing analytical logic and data models while adapting them to evolving business requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity about the underlying business reasons and context behind data.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, systems, and processes in a fast-changing environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, opportunities, and analytical requirements without relying solely on predefined instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively and contribute independently within a collaborative team environment.
