This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Engineer (CRM) based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale data infrastructure that supports critical business operations and revenue-driving initiatives.
You will contribute to the development of robust data pipelines, analytics foundations, and CRM data solutions within a global technology environment.
The position focuses on transforming complex business data into reliable, actionable insights through modern cloud platforms and engineering practices.
You will collaborate with distributed teams, including data engineers and product stakeholders, in an agile and highly collaborative setting.
The role requires strong technical ownership, attention to data quality, and the ability to design scalable solutions across enterprise systems.
You will work with technologies such as Snowflake, Salesforce ecosystems, Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms to deliver meaningful impact.


Accountabilities:

The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support CRM operations, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, availability, and performance.

  • Build, optimize, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT data pipelines across Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Go-To-Market (GTM) data models, including advertiser identity resolution, lead enrichment, customer relationships, and revenue analytics datasets.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and domain-specific queries to support reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Implement data quality processes, schema management practices, and governance standards across enterprise data environments.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams and product managers to deliver technical requirements within agile project workflows.
  • Support CRM data architecture initiatives, ensuring efficient integration between business systems and analytical platforms.
  • Continuously improve pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability through engineering best practices.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate has strong experience in data engineering, cloud-based data platforms, and CRM-related data environments. They should be comfortable working with modern data stacks while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

    • Advanced proficiency in SQL with extensive hands-on experience using Snowflake.
    • Strong Python programming skills for data processing, transformation, and automation.
    • Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Apache Airflow, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
    • Practical experience working with cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
    • Solid understanding of CRM data structures, including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
    • Experience with data modeling, analytics engineering, and enterprise data management practices.
    • Ability to communicate clearly in English, as interviews, documentation, meetings, and daily collaboration will be conducted in English.
    • Availability to work aligned with US Central Time business hours, maintaining at least six hours of overlap with distributed teams.
    • Nice-to-have qualifications:

      • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce standard data models, and SOQL queries.
      • Familiarity with data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo or Dun & Bradstreet.
      • Previous experience working with revenue analytics, Go-To-Market data, or sales operations analytics.
      • Experience supporting global teams in remote and distributed environments.
