This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Insights | Especialista de Performance e Insights (Revenue) based in Brazil.

You will join a data-driven, fast-paced environment focused on transforming complex datasets into strategic insights that directly influence revenue growth and business performance. In this role, you will act as a key connector between data, marketing, sales, and product teams, helping translate analytical findings into actionable business decisions. You will work deeply with funnel analysis, campaign performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. The position requires strong analytical thinking, storytelling with data, and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels. You will also collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure data quality, structure, and accessibility for analysis. This is a high-impact role where insights directly shape commercial strategy and business expansion.


Accountabilities:

  • Generate strategic insights to support decision-making in marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Analyze sales funnels to identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, and opportunities for conversion optimization.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business teams in their daily decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analytical studies, building hypotheses and investigating drivers of business performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand data structures and ensure consistency, quality, and reliability of datasets.
  • Support prioritization and management of analytical demands in alignment with leadership goals.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and CX teams to ensure alignment across revenue-related initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • Experience analyzing marketing and sales data in a business or growth-focused environment.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance indicators.
    • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
    • Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and analytical purposes (no advanced modeling required).
    • Experience working with digital sales funnels, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
    • Ability to develop analytical studies and present insights to leadership clearly and effectively.
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills with data for diverse stakeholders.
    • Autonomous, proactive profile with strong ownership mindset.
    • Nice to have:

      • Experience in marketing strategy or campaign management.
      • Familiarity with AI tools for analytical automation and productivity.
      • Knowledge of social media analytics (YouTube, Instagram, engagement metrics).
