Accountabilities:

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and support data-informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and operational pipelines to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Build scripts and integrations using Python for data processing, transformation, and advanced analytics.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Define, monitor, and maintain KPIs to support business performance tracking and strategic planning.
• Use Databricks to process, engineer, and analyze large-scale datasets in cloud-based environments.

Requirements:

• Strong experience applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to business use cases and operational processes.
• Proven experience with process automation and workflow optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Python for scripting, data manipulation, and system integration.
• Solid experience in data analysis and KPI development for business performance tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience generating insights and recommendations based on complex datasets.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams focused on efficiency and scalable solutions.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of data architecture and Big Data ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
