Delivery Manager (B2B Contractor)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Manager (B2B Contractor) based in Brazil.

This role is a high-impact delivery leadership position focused on driving complex, multi-stream client programs in a fully remote, international environment. You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution excellence across strategic initiatives, balancing delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, and team enablement. Acting as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, you will help translate business goals into structured execution plans that deliver measurable outcomes. The position requires strong program leadership skills, technical awareness, and the ability to manage ambiguity in fast-moving, data-driven environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery consistency, quality, and predictability. This is a hands-on role where you will also coach teams, improve delivery maturity, and contribute to long-term client success and expansion.

Accountabilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream programs by defining scope, timelines, governance, and execution plans, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives

• Own program execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership
• Establish and maintain delivery frameworks including RAID logs, KPIs, reporting structures, and governance models
• Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes while proactively driving mitigation strategies and delivery recovery plans
• Facilitate communication with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress and outcomes
• Oversee Agile and/or Waterfall delivery approaches depending on program needs, ensuring adaptability and efficiency
• Mentor and support delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all engagements

Requirements:

Strong experience leading large-scale programs, ideally in consulting or client-facing delivery environments, with proven ownership of end-to-end execution

• 6+ years of experience in program or delivery management, including complex, multi-stream initiatives and cross-functional coordination
• Strong understanding of software engineering and/or data delivery concepts, including architectural patterns and modern development practices
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes
• Strong skills in tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar program management platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and structured mindset
• Fluent English communication skills, with experience working in international or US-based client environments considered a strong advantage
