Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist based in Brazil.

This role focuses on preventing stockouts and excess inventory across a fast-growing multi-channel retail environment.
You will monitor demand, sell-through, and inventory signals across DTC, wholesale, and Amazon channels.
The position combines analytical planning with proactive problem-solving to identify risks before they impact customers or revenue.
You will maintain visibility into inventory exposure and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate across supply chain and business teams.
You will also have opportunities to improve planning processes and use AI-assisted tools to identify patterns and risks more efficiently.
It is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on planner who brings solutions rather than simply reporting problems.

Accountabilities:

• Monitor sell-through, inventory levels, and demand signals across DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon channels to identify potential stockout risks early.
• Identify SKUs at risk of excess inventory, aging stock, markdowns, or other inventory-related challenges.
• Maintain a live inventory risk register that provides clear visibility into current and emerging supply and demand issues.
• Analyze inventory risks and recommend practical corrective actions, such as stock reallocations, expedited orders, promotions, or other interventions.
• Give Amazon inventory and availability risks appropriate priority while maintaining visibility across all key sales channels.
• Keep planning trackers and workflow tools, including Asana, accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, sales, and other stakeholders to communicate risks and coordinate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to make inventory monitoring faster, smarter, and more proactive, including the use of AI-assisted tools and analytics.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, supply chain planning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to identify potential inventory or supply issues early and develop actionable solutions.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working across multiple planning systems and data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to interpret sell-through, inventory, and demand data and translate findings into practical business actions.
• Clear and confident communication skills, particularly when collaborating with teams outside of planning.
• Ability to work effectively with warehouse, production, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate, timely planning information.
• Experience with retailer platforms such as Target Partners Online, Ulta vendor portals, Walmart Retail Link, or Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for identifying patterns, accelerating analysis, or improving planning processes is an advantage.
