Desenvolvedor (a) Full Stack

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Desenvolvedor (a) Full Stack in Brazil.

This role is focused on designing, developing, and evolving robust corporate systems that combine modern backend and frontend technologies in a highly collaborative environment. You will work across the full stack, building scalable applications using Java on the backend and React on the frontend, contributing to both new solutions and the evolution of existing platforms. Embedded in agile teams, you will participate in architectural decisions, system integrations, and cloud-based initiatives that support business-critical operations. The position requires a strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability, as well as the ability to work across distributed systems and microservices architectures. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery using modern DevOps and agile practices. Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and evolve corporate systems across backend and frontend layers using Java and React.
• Design and implement scalable solutions based on microservices architecture and distributed systems principles.
• Build and maintain RESTful integrations between internal and external systems.
• Participate in cloud computing initiatives, supporting deployment, scalability, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with agile teams using Scrum methodologies and modern delivery practices.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, version control, and structured development workflows.
• Support system maintenance and evolution, including legacy applications such as Python-based web systems when needed.
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (postgraduate studies are a plus).
• Solid experience with Java backend development and React frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with frontend libraries and frameworks, especially React.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience working in agile environments, especially Scrum.
• Familiarity with Jira for task and project management.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and environments.
• Nice to have: experience with Python web development for supporting legacy or complementary systems.
