Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, and modern web technologies.
• Build and evolve RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Design and implement solutions using serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Create and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using React and related technologies.
• Develop integrations with external systems, APIs, and communication platforms.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring proper data modeling, performance optimization, and data integrity.
• Build and maintain solutions involving real-time communication, customer interaction workflows, and digital engagement channels.
• Configure and manage communication flows, routing logic, and automation processes within customer service ecosystems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, communication workflows, and production environments to ensure operational stability.

Requirements:

• Professional experience developing applications with Python and the Django framework.
• Strong experience with Node.js for backend development and API creation.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code backend platforms, particularly Xano.
• Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with AWS DynamoDB and NoSQL database design principles.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with Docker containers and Linux-based environments.
• Understanding of software testing practices and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Higher education degree or technology-related diploma is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of messaging and event-driven platforms such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Experience with application monitoring, observability, and performance management tools.
• Familiarity with communication APIs, telephony integrations, or customer service platforms.
• Experience with Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, or contact center technologies.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization best practices.
• Experience with React frontend development.
• Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and troubleshooting.
