This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor(a) Full Stack - PJ based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a strategic technology project focused on building and evolving digital solutions.
You will work across the full development stack, creating web applications, internal systems, APIs, automations, and integrations.
The position combines hands-on engineering with opportunities to contribute to technical decisions, refinements, performance, and scalability.
You will collaborate with Technology, Product, and Data teams to transform requirements into reliable and effective solutions.
The role requires autonomy, strong organisation, and a delivery-focused mindset, with responsibility for managing your own priorities and technical outcomes.
You will also support multiple initiatives as priorities evolve, contributing to continuous improvements and the stability of existing applications.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve web applications and internal business systems.
• Build Full Stack solutions using .NET, React and/or Angular, and SQL.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and integrations between different systems and applications.
• Contribute to technical improvements focused on application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, requirements refinement, and development planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while supporting the ongoing maintenance and evolution of existing systems.
• Develop automations and integrations that improve operational efficiency and digital capabilities.
• Contribute to multiple projects and initiatives according to technical priorities and business needs.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Data teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions.
• Manage assigned deliverables independently, maintaining quality, organisation, and alignment with project objectives.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in Full Stack software development.
• Practical knowledge of .NET and related development technologies.
• Experience with React and/or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and modern source-code management practices.
• Strong technical autonomy and the ability to make sound development decisions independently.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage personal priorities and deliverables effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, delivery-oriented approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional Technology, Product, and Data teams.
• Experience with microservices is a plus.
• Experience working with corporate or enterprise systems is desirable.
• Previous experience in SaaS environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
• Knowledge of software architecture, application performance, and scalability is an advantage.
