The role involves designing, developing, and evolving modern applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS within a collaborative engineering environment.
You will participate throughout the entire software lifecycle, from solution design to implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications while contributing to technical decisions and continuous product evolution. The role requires strong engineering practices, collaboration across teams, and a focus on delivering scalable and secure solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conception and architecture definition to delivery and maintenance.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code following software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to create solutions aligned with user and business needs.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to support team growth.
• Contribute ideas, technical improvements, and innovative approaches to enhance products and development processes.
• Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
• Investigate and resolve technical challenges, improving system efficiency and stability.
• Document architectures, technical decisions, and processes clearly for team knowledge sharing.
• Promote coding standards, development best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in fullstack software development, strong technical foundations, and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. A proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with cloud computing environments, especially AWS, including services such as Lambda and serverless architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of distributed applications and messaging solutions such as Kafka, SNS, and SQS is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is desirable.
• Knowledge of secure development practices and software security concepts is considered a differentiator.
• Proactive and autonomous profile, with ownership mindset and focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
