Accountabilities:

The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered solutions, supporting the creation of scalable platforms and intelligent automation tools. The role requires strong technical expertise, a product-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to transform ideas into reliable solutions.

• Develop and maintain APIs that support internal platforms and AI-powered assistants.
• Build and improve internal applications using Streamlit, ensuring usability, performance, and reliability for business teams.
• Create autonomous Python-based agents capable of executing transactional tasks and complex automation workflows.
• Review and evaluate Python scripts created by business teams, ensuring security, quality standards, and best development practices.
• Develop asynchronous processing solutions, including workers and cloud functions, to handle high volumes of data and requests.
• Contribute to the evolution of GenAI solutions, exploring new models, frameworks, and approaches such as RAG and agent-based architectures.
• Transform specific business needs into scalable products and solutions that can benefit broader teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Python developer with a strong software engineering foundation and a passion for Artificial Intelligence. They should be comfortable working with emerging technologies, collaborating with different stakeholders, and creating solutions that combine technical quality with business value.

• Strong professional experience with Python development.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs.
• Experience with RPA and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with software engineering practices, including Git, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in agent architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI solutions.
• Ability to adapt quickly, test new approaches, and work in an environment focused on innovation and experimentation.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LlamaIndex and LangChain.
• Experience developing RAG solutions, tools, and MCP integrations.
• Experience with Streamlit for application development.
• Knowledge of asynchronous processing, parallel execution, and queue-based architectures.
• Experience with data manipulation using Pandas.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, especially n8n.
• Experience with SAP HANA automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP and/or Azure DevOps.
