In this role, you will join a fast-evolving technology ecosystem focused on building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions that support a large distributed platform. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining APIs and microservices that handle complex business rules and high-volume operations. Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and Django, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Translate complex business requirements into clean, efficient, and automated backend solutions focused on operational excellence.
• Develop and support system integrations with third-party services and internal platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Implement architectural improvements and contribute to the evolution of scalable backend systems and distributed environments.
• Ensure code quality through testing practices, code reviews, and adherence to best development and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, refine requirements, and deliver reliable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in Python with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Solid experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and modern backend patterns.
• Familiarity with message-driven systems (e.g., Kafka) is a plus.
• Exposure to AWS cloud environments and scalable application design is desirable.
• Front-end knowledge with Vue.js is considered a differential.
• Strong collaboration mindset, innovation-driven attitude, and commitment to code quality.
