This role is an opportunity for an experienced mobile developer to create and evolve high-impact applications using Flutter and Dart.

Accountabilities:

The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving mobile applications while ensuring technical quality, performance, and scalability. The professional will collaborate with different teams to design solutions, implement features, and continuously improve application architecture and processes.

• Develop, maintain, and evolve mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement new features focused on performance, scalability, usability, and excellent user experience.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and corporate services.
• Implement local data persistence solutions using technologies such as SQLite, Hive, or Shared Preferences.
• Apply clean code principles, design patterns, and software development best practices to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Develop and maintain unit tests and widget tests to improve application reliability.
• Manage application publication and updates on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to planning, development, and continuous product evolution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Support continuous improvements in processes, architecture, and application quality.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior mobile developer with strong Flutter expertise and experience building scalable applications. The role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments.

• Solid professional experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or MobX.
• Strong knowledge of REST API consumption and integration.
• Experience implementing local data persistence using SQLite, Hive, or Shared Preferences.
• Experience developing unit tests and widget tests.
• Knowledge of dependency injection concepts and practices.
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, including Jira usage.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and clean code practices.
• Strong collaboration, ownership mindset, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
