Accountabilities:

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions while supporting the continuous improvement of systems and processes. The role involves close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and effective digital products.

• Develop complete features across frontend and backend layers within a modular monolithic system architecture.
• Create and maintain APIs for integrations with ERP platforms, databases, CRM systems, and external solutions.
• Build web interfaces, internal applications, dashboards, and digital tools to support business needs.
• Implement business rules and automate operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Organize and standardize code while applying development best practices to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Support the integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and continuously improve applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and contribute to technical decision-making.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a Full Stack Developer with experience building web applications, integrating systems, and delivering business-oriented technology solutions with autonomy and ownership.

• Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with frontend development using React, Next.js, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of creating and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with system integrations and connecting different platforms.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
• Good communication skills when collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on delivering results.
• Ability to organize code, apply best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
