As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to projects of medium and high complexity, designing, developing, testing, and improving applications while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain medium and high-complexity software solutions across front-end and back-end environments with limited supervision.
• Analyze and contribute to software architecture, understanding system components, organization, integrations, and functionalities.
• Develop high-quality code using modern technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Create and execute complex tests, including manual and automated testing, to validate technical components and ensure expected behavior.
• Document development activities, technical decisions, and implementation processes using version control and documentation tools.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to define solutions, architecture approaches, and technical strategies.
• Maintain software quality by applying engineering best practices, development standards, and appropriate tools and processes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers by supporting technical growth, sharing knowledge, and contributing to solution design.
• Analyze and detail technical requirements through collaboration with clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in full stack software development, working across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong back-end development skills using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience developing front-end applications with React.
• Knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Spring, Express, Rails, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of unit testing principles and software quality practices.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and collaborative engineering practices.
• Understanding of software architecture concepts, including client-server and web-based architectures.
• Experience with application security and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2 and JWT.
• Ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers and influence technical and business decisions through technology.
• Experience working with message queues and asynchronous processing architectures.
• Knowledge of serverless technologies and cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support code generation and software development workflows.
