Accountabilities:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software solutions while ensuring quality, security, and performance. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Develop new solutions and maintain existing systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Write clean, organized, and maintainable code with a focus on security and stability.
• Analyze technical specifications, evaluate proposed solutions, and identify potential improvements or inconsistencies.
• Implement and execute functional tests to validate developed features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Proactively identify technical and business challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Provide technical support to internal and external users whenever necessary.
• Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve processes, quality standards, and software practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of applications through best development practices and innovative approaches.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has solid full-stack development experience, strong knowledge of C# and .NET technologies, and the ability to build reliable applications while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.

• Strong knowledge of programming logic and software development fundamentals.
• Advanced experience with C# programming language.
• Advanced knowledge of Angular framework.
• Advanced experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and/or newer versions.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience developing and integrating REST Services.
• Knowledge of SQL Server databases.
• Experience with test-driven development practices.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare management systems or health insurance platforms.
• Knowledge of Unimed systems and operations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Microsoft certifications related to .NET, databases, or big data technologies.
