This role is focused on designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications within a complex and modern technology ecosystem. You will contribute to both backend and frontend development, working on enterprise-grade systems that require strong architectural thinking, robustness, and efficiency. The position involves hands-on development using Java-based frameworks and modern frontend technologies, as well as participation in DevOps practices and cloud-native environments. You will collaborate within agile teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives, while ensuring quality, performance, and scalability. The environment is highly collaborative, innovation-driven, and oriented toward continuous improvement. This is a strategic role with exposure to large-scale systems and cutting-edge technologies across cloud and microservices architectures.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance fullstack applications.
• Work with Java-based back-end frameworks (such as Spring Boot and Quarkus) and frontend technologies (Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between systems and services.
• Optimize system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Participate in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
• Work with cloud platforms and distributed systems, contributing to modern microservices architectures.
• Manage code quality, version control, and collaborative development using Git-based workflows.
• Collaborate in agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in fullstack development with Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus) and frontend technologies (Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API-driven development.
• Experience with relational and big data databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and Hive.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Argo), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or IBM Cloud.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, MSF).
• Proficiency in Git and GitLab for version control and codebase management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and ability to work in complex technical environments.
