Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving full-stack applications while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and reliability. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Angular for front-end development and Java for back-end solutions.
• Build new features and provide ongoing support for corporate systems within the banking and financial services domain.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain native SQL queries using DB2 databases.
• Create backend solutions using Java 8, EJB, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Implement user interfaces and front-end functionalities using Angular 11 or higher.
• Manage code versioning processes through Git and track development activities using Jira.
• Participate in continuous integration routines and automated deployment processes using Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support technical analysis, solution design, and application architecture improvements.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of legacy systems when required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Java expertise and a solid background in enterprise software development. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Java Developer, with strong experience using Java 8.
• Proven experience developing full-stack applications with Angular 11 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of native SQL and DB2 database environments.
• Practical experience with EJB (Enterprise Java Beans).
• Experience with Git for source code management and collaborative development.
• Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of software testing practices, including unit testing and code quality standards.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
