This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Mobile Pleno based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of mobile engineering excellence and digital transformation within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will contribute directly to the evolution of high-impact mobile applications used by customers in the financial sector, helping deliver seamless experiences across Android and iOS platforms. The position involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, combining strong engineering practices with a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building new features, improving system quality, and ensuring robust and scalable mobile solutions. The environment is highly agile, with strong adoption of modern engineering practices such as DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated testing. It is a hands-on role for someone passionate about mobile development, clean architecture, and delivering real business impact through technology.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement new features for Android and iOS mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
• Write and maintain automated unit tests to ensure code quality and application reliability across mobile platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality, standardization, and best engineering practices across the team.
• Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams, actively sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement of technical skills within the squad.
• Apply agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, TDD principles, and clean architecture guidelines.
• Work on debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing mobile applications using modern frameworks and tools.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in mobile application development for Android and/or iOS environments.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, including Coroutines, and familiarity with modern Android frameworks such as Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with iOS development using Swift and Objective-C, as well as relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs integration using tools such as Retrofit.
• Experience with Firebase and mobile backend integration.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum) and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, TDD, Clean Architecture, and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience with automated testing for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with design patterns such as MVVM and/or MVP is a plus.
• Strong collaboration mindset, communication skills, and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
