Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using the OutSystems platform across Reactive, Traditional Web, and Mobile environments.
• Build reusable components, integrations, connectors, and automated workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Translate business and client requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with performance, security, and usability standards.
• Participate in refinement sessions, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies such as planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Apply architectural best practices including modularization, governance standards, and the 4 Layer Canvas methodology.
• Develop and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, identity providers, and external systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, log analysis, query optimization, and performance tuning to ensure application stability and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with QA teams to validate technical implementations and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, innovation strategies, and internal frameworks for low-code development.
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with security and governance best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience developing web and mobile applications using OutSystems Reactive, Traditional, and Mobile environments.
• Advanced knowledge of scalable application development, system integration, and performance optimization.
• Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, database integrations, and external system connectivity.
• Solid understanding of OutSystems architecture, governance, security standards, and best development practices.
• Experience with troubleshooting, application monitoring, query optimization, and technical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with tools such as Service Studio, Integration Studio, and LifeTime is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is considered a plus.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design best practices is advantageous.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills within agile and multidisciplinary environments.
• Basic English proficiency required.
• OutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional Web/Mobile) are considered a strong differentiator.
